Toasting Waffles 1 individual
Ricotta Cheese 40 g
Lemon Juice, Fresh 1 teaspoons
Lemon(s) 1 zest(s) of 1
Icing Sugar 1½ teaspoons, level
Blueberries 1 portion(s), medium
- Combine ricotta, icing sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice in a small bowl, then dollop onto a toasted waffle.
- Top with blueberries and sprinkle with extra lemon zest to serve.
