Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) Tinned Tomatoes, large
  • 1 large Onion(s), diced
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons Root Ginger, minced
  • 2 level tablespoons Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar, (Use dark brown sugar)
  • 1/2 level teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoons Coriander seeds, ground
  • 900g Chicken Thigh, Skinless, Boneless, raw
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 230g Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • 15g Coriander, fresh, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and coriander, in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in the yogurt and coriander before serving.
