Quick Prawn Stir Fry

Quick and easy for when you’re on the go.


  • 100g Cooked King Prawns
  • Aromatic stir fry mix (Supermarket’s own ready mix stir fry veg)
  • 150g Straight to Wok noodles, 1 sachet
  • 1 Sachet of WW Soy, Chilli & Ginger dressing
  • 2 – 3 Sprays of Extra Virgin Olive Oil spray.


  1. Mist a non stick frying pan with 2 to 3 sprays of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat to medium to hot.
  2. Add cooked prawns to hot pan and stir for 1 – 2 mins.
  3. Add the stir fry vegetable pre-packaged mix and stir for 4 mins.
  4. Add the noodles and stir for 2 mins.
  5. Add the WW soy, chilli & ginger dressing and stir through and serve.
