Mango & grape porridge
These fruity oats only take a few minutes to cook but will help to satisfy your hunger for much of the morning.
Mango 1 medium, peeled and de-stoned
Porridge oats 30g
Unsweetened Almond Drink 150ml
Grapes, Black or White 50g, halved
- Blitz ½ the mango in a food processor, then set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a small pan combine the oats, almond drink and 100ml water. Bring to the boil, whilst stirring and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from the heat, fold in the mango purée then serve with the grapes and remaining mango, cut into cubes.
