Lentil, feta & tomato salad
Put this tasty salad together in next to no time – there’s no cooking required!
Green or Brown Lentils, cooked 2 cans, large, drained, drained and rinsed
Cherry Tomatoes 400g, plum, halved
Parsley, fresh 25g, leaves picked and roughly chopped
Light Feta Cheese 160g
WW Garlic & Chive Salad Dressing 3 sachets
Put the lentils, tomatoes and parsley in a medium bowl. Crumble over the feta, then drizzle over the dressing and toss to combine. Season to taste.
Divide the salad between bowls and serve seasoned with freshly ground black pepper.
