Ingredients

  • 1 400g tin haricot beans in water
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp garlic
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp corn starch
  • 2tbsp sweetener
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2.5 tbps tomato puree
  • 2 – 3 whole cloves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to saucepan and bring to a low boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 mins until sauce thickens.
  3. Remove cloves (if added).
  4. Serve with your favourite dish or eat on their own.
