Ingredients

  • 1/2 portion(s) Quinoa, Cooked
  • 30ml Alpro Coconut Original Drink (Chilled)
  • 1 level teaspoons Honey
  • 1/2 medium Mango
  • 1 serving(s) Holland & Barrett Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the quinoa, coconut milk and honey with a pinch of salt. Microwave for about 1 minute, until the milk is absorbed.
  2. Top with slices of mango and garnish with the toasted coconut flakes.

Notes
