  • 100g Chicken breast, skinless, raw
  • 1 serving WW Smoky Chipotle Marinade
  • 3 slices WW Soft Malted Danish Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 15g Asda Cool Tomato Salsa
  • 1 portion Salad (zero SmartPoints values)
  • 1/4 Avocado pear medium, sliced


  1. Coat the chicken breast with ½ the chipotle marinade and leave to for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken in a griddle pan for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside to rest for a few minutes.
  3. Toast the bread, spread the mayonnaise over 2 of the slices. Slice the chicken and layer between the 2 slices of toast with the mayonnaise.
  4. Next layer the tomato salsa on the top slice of toast, followed by the salad leaves and avocado. Top with the final piece of toast and cut in half to serve.
