Banana ice ‘cream’ cones & chocolate
Familiar with the ice-cream hack? Trust us, it really does work! And we've made it even dreamier with the addition of Greek yoghurt. Oh, and the choc-nut topping doesn't hurt either...
3 medium Banana(s), chopped
60g 0% fat natural Greek yogurt
6 cone(6) Waffle Cones
40g Dark Chocolate, 70%, chopped
1 tablespoons Almonds, toasted, finely chopped
- Put the chopped bananas in a small, airtight container and freeze until firm. Blitz the frozen banana pieces and the yogurt in a food processor for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
- Scoop the banana mixture into the cones. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or in the microwave), then drizzle over the frozen ‘ice cream’. Scatter the nuts over the chocolate, and serve.
