Avocado lime & feta toast
Start your day the interesting way by topping your toast with something a little more lavish than the usual spreads.
Avocado pear 80g
0% fat natural Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon
Lime Juice, Fresh 1 tablespoon
WW Wholemeal sliced Bread 1 slice
1 slice Light Feta Cheese 20g
Chives, Fresh 1 teaspoon
- In a small bowl, roughly mash the avocado with the yogurt and lime juice, then season to taste.
- Toast the bread and spread over the mashed avocado. Crumble over the feta and scatter over chives, then serve.
