Apple & ginger overnight oats
A tasty, filling breakfast you can prepare the night before.
Porridge oats 30 g
Unsweetened Almond Drink 80 ml
Ground Ginger ½ teaspoons, level
Apple(s) ½ medium, chopped
Raspberries 1 portion(s), halved
PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder 1½ tablespoons
- The night before you want to serve the oats, mix together the porridge oats, almond milk and the ginger in a Kilner jar or bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, loosen the oats with a splash of water, if needed. Grate ¼ of the apple and mix through the oats, then finely chop another ¼ apple and scatter over the oats along with the halved raspberries. Combine the PBFit Peanut Butter Powder with 1 tablespoon water until smooth, then spoon the mixture over the oats and serve.
