I joined WW for the first time in 1990 and after several years of joining and re-joining I reached my goal in 1996. I became a WW Coach because I felt so good and enthusiastic and wanted to share my knowledge with others who were struggling. Over the past 24 years I have made great friends with members and Coaches. With WW I loved that I didn't have to give up my social life to lose weight. I learned I can still have the foods I love by finding healthier ways to cook or switching some higher SmartPoint® ingredients while keeping the flavours; this was key to my weightloss and ongoing maintenance. I love that the WW programme focuses on four pillars, food, activity, mindset and sleep. How we feel impacts what we eat and having a positive mindset influences all we do. Making me time and allowing yourself to be number one, guilt free, matters, when it comes to weight loss and ongoing wellness.
