Having gained weight from medication, after an illness, I joined WW in 2015. On my weight loss and wellness journey I discovered a passion for my kitchen where I love to bake. In 2017 I reached my goal weight and realised living the MyWW programme had a positive effect on my self-confidence and mental health, so now my attitude is progress not perfection. Everything is on the menu at WW, including, having your cake and eating it, and that is why I love it so much.
